Edward C. David, CPA

Ed is the firm’s managing member. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Lowell. He has been practicing public accounting since 1986.

Ed is closely involved with our clients in all aspects of their accounting, tax, and business consulting. He is principally involved in audits and reviews, and clients with significant tax planning concerns. Ed has developed a niche in the construction and building industry.

Ed is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the New Hampshire Society of CPAs (NHCPAs) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He has served on the board of the Salem Contractors Association since 1997 and on the board of the Greater Salem NH Rotary Club since 2003.

John P. Bachini, CPA, MBA, CVA

Jack has been practicing public accounting since 1969. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College and has a Masters degree in Accounting from Boston University. Jack is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the New Hampshire Society of CPAs (NHSCPA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Jack is closely involved with our clients and concentrates his time providing our clients with value added services. He has developed a niche in the business valuation arena. His reputation continues to grow within the legal and financial community for sound business valuations within the litigation and business succession planning areas.

R. Kevin Waggoner, CPA

Kevin is our firm’s tax manager. He has been practicing public accounting since 1992. He is a graduate of California State University - Northridge. Kevin is a member of the AICPA and the NHSCPA.

Kevin manages all aspects of the tax practice. This includes reviewing all tax returns, researching tax regulations, corporate and individual tax planning, representing clients with tax authorities and is responsible for maintaining our tax software for both preparation and research.

Faith L. Gerry, CPA

Faith is our audit and accounting supervisor and has been practicing public accounting since 1995. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Faith is a member of the NHSCPA.

Faith is involved in preparation of financial statements, tax returns and providing general business advice to our clients.

Denise A. Perrault, CPA

Denise is one of our key members and has been practicing public accounting since 1992. She is a graduate of Salem State College. Denise is a member of the New Hampshire Society of CPAs.

Denise is involved in preparation of financial statements, tax returns and providing general business advice to our clients.

Linda M. Silva

Linda is our Office Manager. Linda has been working with the firm since 1984 and is responsible for all administrative functions of the firm, including adminstrative support to all our CPAs and client customer service.
